Senior Integration Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a remote, full-time Senior Integration Analyst with 5+ years of experience in analyzing and / or leading data integration solution development to join the development team of our U.S. client. You will design, build, and deliver the best financial software on the planet!

Our client is a fintech company that provides commodities managers with task automation and timely insights on their trades including risk exposure, positions, and profits and losses. With over 5 million trades in its SaaS platform, the company is a award-winning industry leader that counts some of the worlds largest financial firms as customers. Our client is growing rapidly and is looking for smart, bold risk-takers to further its product strategy of market disruption and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team of integration developers
  • Gather requirements for integration, data conversion, and/or data cleansing activities
  • Utilize AI tooling such as Cursor and CodeRabbit to accelerate software development and requirements analysis
  • Understand and document business processes, conduct design reviews, and establish acceptance criteria
  • Provide functional support including documenting user stories, detailed design specifications, data conversion, and data cleansing plans, business processes
  • Analyze source data specifications and business requirements identifying gaps, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Work directly with core team developers, product stakeholders, and 3rd-party data providers collaborating to understand the business requirements, processes, and best practices
  • Lead functional testing, develop test scenarios, and perform validation testing for integrations
  • Monitor, track, and troubleshoot product operation and data, analyzing incidents and working with the technical team to resolve issues
  • Develop materials and train users on integration, data conversion, and/or data cleanse requirements
  • Implement quality assurance standards and processes for validation and verification efforts

Experience

Required

  • Excellent English communication and teamwork skills
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing or leading data integration initiatives for SaaS
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills
  • Experience defining integration requirements, working with customers and 3rd-party data providers, and project managing product stakeholders across multiple, parallel projects
  • Knowledge of Prismatic, Workato, Temporal, or similar integration platform tools (single tool to be chosen)
  • Solid understanding of APIs, web services, JSON, and data integration methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience developing and executing test plans as well as effectively troubleshooting complex integration issues
  • Ability to build clear documentation of integration solutions
  • A self-disciplined, task-oriented approach to development, testing, and code structure

Desired

  • University degree in Computer Science, a related field of study, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in finance and/or energy, commodities, or equity trading
  • Experience with enterprise-grade software and highly secure, multi-tenant SaaS solutions
