We are looking for a full-time, remote Senior Back-End Engineer with 5+ years of back-end experience in Node.js and API development. You will join our client’s engineering team where you will develop and implement backend APIs using Node.js and RDBMS data models in PostgreSQL. You will also profile and improve performance as well as document the client’s codebase.
To ensure success as a Senior Back-End Engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of back-end software development, familiarity with RDBMS database design and implementation, excellent coding skills, understanding of design patterns and engineering best practices, and an understanding of how code and data queries impact performance.
