Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Product Manager with 4+ years of product management experience in a SaaS company. You will display ownership for a product working closely with the engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will design, build, and roll-out products that deliver on the client’s vision and strategy. A significant aspect of this position is staying organized and utilizing excellent communication to unblock the rest of the company. If you are someone who is driven to build a passionate community of customers that love the product you help define, and you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of the client's user base, identify opportunities to grow market share through product innovation and filling functionality gaps, improve the overall customer experience, and measure success by positively impacting customer lives and company revenue
  • Scope and prioritize roadmap items based on business needs, customer impact, and ROI
  • Create test and validation plans to determine accuracy of product hypotheses
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and support the creation of wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and prototypes
  • Work closely with engineering teams through two-week, Scrum-style sprints delivering value quickly to market
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with external partners
  • Support product launches, which includes working with marketing, sales, and customer success teams
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding through product demos, in-app onboarding workflows, help articles, and internal documentation
  • Represent the company by talking with customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
  • Consume and synthesize large amounts of information to aid strategic product decisions
  • Comfortably own a revenue target delivering features and adoption that exceed those targets

Experience

Required

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • 4+ years of SaaS product management experience
  • Proven track record in product management roles at B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment
  • A collaborative approach, a can-do attitude, and a relentless pursuit to attain goals and solve problems
  • Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent
