Demand Generation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a remote, full-time Demand Generation Specialist with 4+ years of demand generation marketing experience to join our nearshore, software development outsourcing company. This role is designed for an experienced marketer who can leverage the latest AI-enabled best practices and technologies to generate, nurture, and convert high-quality leads.

The ideal candidate must have expertise in orchestrating multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, interest, consideration, and decision-making within a prospect base. You will work closely with Velozient managing directors, account executives, and client success managers to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals and overall corporate growth.

Responsibilities

  • Select and utilize AI marketing stack that will drive top of the sales funnel success
  • Research and target companies fitting our ideal client profile using AI-powered research and intent data tools
  • Develop and execute AI-enhanced lead generation campaigns to drive brand awareness and accelerate pipeline velocity
  • Implement automated nurturing sequences using to personalize content and engagement at scale
  • Set up AI agents that can perform autonomous, real-time tasks including identifying, qualifying, and engaging leads
  • Use AI to analyze datasets, identify buying intent, and predict when prospects are ready to buy
  • Manage and optimize the lead scoring model to identify MQLs that translate into SQLs
  • Write, edit, and oversee marketing content utilizing AI tools for SEO optimization and creative efficiency
  • Own end-to-end campaign analytics, using predictive modeling to report on lead quality and conversion rates
  • Maintain the corporate website and landing pages to maximize conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Design and automate integrated marketing and sales workflows within our tech stack
  • Ensure consistent application of the company brand across all automated and AI-generated outputs
  • Manage campaign budgeting with a focus on maximizing ROI through data-driven cost control

Experience

Required

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Martech AI, CRM applications, and Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Proficiency with modern AI tooling and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Proven track record of successfully converting MQLs to SQLs in a B2B environment
  • Highly creative, goal-oriented approach with an experimental mindset
  • Ability to work independently and get **it done
  • Team player with effective communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Driven to win with integrity and express genuine self
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable

Desired

  • University degree in marketing or business (or related discipline) or qualified work history equivalent
