Scott has spent a career building enterprise software for small to large enterprises – primarily within systems & performance management and cybersecurity. He is an experienced software development outsourcer having previously founded, operated, and sold an onshore development, QA, and technical support staffing and consulting firm. He also has a successful track record of building software offshore in India and Latin America.

Scott has participated in multiple go-to-market product launches, acquisitions, post-event integrations, and product rationalizations including a $230M technology licensing transaction with Microsoft that was the foundation for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager. He has also driven new market expansions with strategic software-as-a-service and on-premise solutions including log management and security & event management products.

Scott holds a BS in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and an MBA from the University of Houston at the C.T. Bauer College of Business.

His industry experience includes IT, finance & accounting, oil & gas, chemicals, power generation, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and retail.

David holds a BA in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Texas at the McCombs School of Business.
