Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
(C# / Blazor / JavaScript)

Job Description

We are looking for a remote, full-time Full Stack Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience in C#/.NET, Blazor, and JavaScript to join the core software development team of our U.S. client, a leading industrial operational reliability tech company. You will help build the next generation of their flagship condition monitoring software, enhance their current product, and optimize the collection and transformation of complex data into a unified platform.

Our client provides condition-based, asset maintenance solutions with IIoT capabilities to major industrial organizations, including power plants, refineries, and chemical producers. Their technology helps improve operational effectiveness, reduce downtime, and boost productivity. With a collaborative international team across North and Latin America, they are seeking engineers who can take ownership of development, apply UX best practices, and support ongoing implementations through technical expertise and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new features desired by the implementation team, customers, and product management
  • Maintain existing solution - provide technical support for software deployments and existing customers revise, update, refactor and debug code
  • Write clean, scalable code using primarily C#/NET, Blazor, and JavaScript
  • Follow common development standards and development methodologies to assure efficiency and high performance
  • Research, recommend, and implement enhancements that will assure the best possible user experience
  • Collaborate with peers, implementation team, and customers to assure that new capabilities meet the needs of the implementation team, customers, and product management
  • Participate in code-reviews, unit test code, and support QA to assure the highest quality possible
  • Utilize Agile Scrum methodology

Experience

Required

  • Excellent English communication and teamwork skills
  • 3+ years of experience developing full stack applications with C# / .NET
  • 2+ years of experience with Blazor and other modern JavaScript web UI frameworks
  • Familiar with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps and microservices
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Familiarity with SQL Server
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Proven experience working effectively in a vibrant, dynamic environment
  • Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent

Desired

  • GitHub Copilot experience
  • BS / BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with Syncfusion
  • Experience with Visual Basic and ASP.NET
