We are looking for three (3) full-time, remote, Bilingual Spanish / English Customer Success Specialists with some prior work experience (minimum 6 months) to join our U.S. client and assist existing, online-ordering customers to achieve more revenue using their existing client solution.
Primary duties include learning the existing product capabilities as well as talking with both Spanish- and English-speaking vertical restaurants to help them optimize the use of the product to increase order volume and revenue. Candidates should be detail oriented and have experience working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
