Director of Professional Services

We are seeking a remote, full-time Director of Professional Services with 5+ years of experience successfully delivering projects and services as well as overseeing professional services teams to join the team of our U.S. client. In this role, you will perform as an individual contributor, manage project timelines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the team meets its performance and quality objectives. As a lead, you will also provide technical and strategic guidance, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Successful candidates will have the ability to move quickly and show progress in the areas of project management, solution design, and fostering strong client relationships is essential. You will implement and refine processes, contribute to strategic decisions, and directly impact the growth and success of our client. Your ability to lead by example, inspire your team, and deliver exceptional service will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives. This role is approximately 70% delivery and 30% leadership.

This role requires a strong technology and execution background with experience supporting enterprise-scale, high-quality, SaaS technology solutions with a transactional and / or B2B customer-based platform. You will work closely with the CEO and product management to ensure alignment between business strategy, technology delivery, and customer engagement.
